1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website ("Site"), operated by West Valley Title Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Service Description
West Valley Title Connect is NOT a lender. We are not a direct lender. We are a matching service that connects borrowers with third-party lenders. We do not make credit decisions, and submitting a request does not guarantee you will be matched with a lender. We provide a free service to connect consumers with lenders who may offer short-term loans. We do not make credit decisions, set loan terms, or charge fees to consumers.
3. Not a Lender
We are not a direct lender. We are a matching service that connects borrowers with third-party lenders. We do not make credit decisions, and submitting a request does not guarantee you will be matched with a lender. The actual lender is responsible for all aspects of the loan, including the application process, approval, funding, and collections. Loan terms, including APR, fees, and repayment terms, are set solely by the lender.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting a loan request through our Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Approval is at the sole discretion of the lender and depends on the information you provide and the lender's underwriting criteria.
5. Credit Checks and Reporting
Lenders in our network may perform credit checks through major bureaus or alternative providers. Submitting an inquiry on this site does not guarantee an offer or approval. By submitting your information, you authorize lenders to verify your information and perform credit checks as permitted by law.
6. APR Disclosure
APRs for title loans can range from 36% to over 350%. Your specific rate will depend on the lender, your vehicle's value, and Utah state regulations. Always review the full terms before signing.
7. Financial Responsibility
Short-term loans should be used for short-term financial needs only, not as a long-term financial solution. Borrowers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the loan agreement provided by the lender before accepting any loan offer.
8. State Regulations
Loan availability, terms, and regulations vary by state. Not all lenders operate in all states. In Utah, title loans are governed by the Title Lending Registration Act (Title 7, Chapter 24). Lenders must be registered with the Utah Department of Financial Institutions. Utah does not cap interest rates on title loans, making it vital to review your specific contract for all APR and fee details.
9. Limitation of Liability
West Valley Title Connect shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Site or any loan obtained through a lender connected via our service. All information is provided "as is" without warranty.
